Been itching to make some new content…. as you all know my #abletonpush2 broke quite a while ago….
I paid to have it repaired and sent it to @Ableton…. they said they would send me a refurbished one… meaning a used #push2 that had been repaired and was ‘practically new’…. I agreed….
Was so excited when it arrived, I even made a YouTube video about it…. but from day one I noticed the pitch bend was doing all of this random uncontrollable midi stuff… making it impossible to use as the pitch was all over the place….
I wrote to them and waited days for a reply…. all I got was a list of things I had to try on my end to rectify the problem…. this actually made things worse.
I emailed support and told them… and the fact that this is URGENT as I can no longer do my day job….
That was last Wednesday…. I have to teach #musicproduction tomorrow and don’t even know if they have read my comment let alone if they are working on a solution….
Pretty frustrating, not gonna lie…. especially because they had enough time to tweet out a 2017 performance of mine on #twitter on Friday… two days after I emailed support…..
So for those of you that keep asking me if I get some sort of VIP treatment from #ableton…. I think you believe me now when I tell you that I don’t ?…..
